We're an incredibly fast-growing Move and Estate Downsizing company and auction house on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join our team in the role of Full-time Administrative/Client Services.

Communication Extraordinaire:
We're seeking someone with exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a friendly telephone demeanor.
The Heart of Our Operation:
As part of our team, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, handling phone calls, emails, scheduling estimates and moves, and managing all paperwork for our bustling auction house.
Attention to detail is key! Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), email, Google Calendar, and Google Drive is a must.
Jack/Jill of All Trades:
In our small office environment, you'll wear many hats, so adaptability is key.
Social Media Savvy:
Experience with social media is a bonus that can set you apart.
Your Profile:
Strong communication skills, both in written and verbal forms.
A warm and friendly telephone manner.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented - the devil is in the details! Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), email, Google Calendar, and Drive.
Comfortable in a small office environment.
Social media experience is a definite plus.
