New hire orientation, employee screenings, and necessary documentation.
Maintain employee records and ensure all are in accordance with legal requirements.
Update corresponding excel spreadsheets.
Filing, clerical functions and special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Proficient with Word and Excel.
Ability to learn Human Resource Information System and similar computer applications.
Attention to detail, time management and organization skills.
Team oriented with an ability to work collaboratively.
Must always maintain integrity and confidentiality.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
